Takahashi: The Cursed Clan
A Bloodline of Curses and Damnation:
The Takahashi Clan is no more, save for it's only remaining family member. The new Matriarch, Miya herself. The bloodline has been purged. The Fall taken place. But why would one want to bring back a broken clan? Why would one want to continue a curse for centuries to follow? What lurks beneath the skin...? What sin is thicker than blood?The Fall comes every Fifty Years, like clockwork, the young are spared, the old are not. Those of the appropriate age may take part in the fight to become the head of the Clan. Turns ago, an ancient curse was placed upon the Takahashi, and their family line was forever cursed with murder, revenge, and demons the likes of which, Eorzea has known for centuries. Yokai.The leader of the Takahashi takes on the bound Yokai of their family members, starting with eight, the sixteen, then twenty four and so it goes, on and on for every family member, for decades, for centuries.
The Fall brought her status, but it also brought the clan's doom. With her, she vowed that her lineage would end. That her corrupted blood would be the last to ever exist on Eorzea.Bound to this oath, Miya Takahashi lives a turbulant life. Self Destruction and violence are her calling cards, the cracking of her bones acting as a calling card of her approach.
Yokai fill her very bones, her very soul tainted with the damned she has contracted to her very body. From the tame souls to the murderers and thieves, each has a place within her. A demon fox could reside in her thumb, a drowned woman could reside in her left eye, and her lungs could contain the souls of a legion, aching to spill blood.
Yet for every violent soul, there are kind ones, and often, some will speak up whenever Miya goes too far. In most cases, it's a good friend, a Shamisen who has her most sacred of trusts. Formerly bound to the Samurai till given form, Shami Takahashi has become very much a part of Miya's family as well as a part of her conscious.Their lives will continue, after all everyone loves a good horror story...

The Snake:

The 'Cowboy' is someone I have a complicated history with, but it does not make him any less dear to me. I just won't ever say it, often times words betray me, but emotions are always there. Emotions never fade, they are as colorful as the man himself." - Miya

"If fury had a name, if kindness had a face, it would be that of Enambris Ravn'rose. It started as a battle for the sake of a madwoman, and it became a strange sort of friendship, if I could call it that. I had trouble calling...most things that. Even so, I do find myself looking up to Enambris, for one reason or another." - Miya
Pitch:
"We had something in common to start. Heartbreak does thing to a person, failure is another terrible thing to bond over, but they did. I share the name of a sister lost, he reminds me of someone who once pulled me out of darkness, only to be gone when I thought freedom possible. OOC Information:Feel free to talk about hooks or other things in game with me. I'm picky about who I give my discord too but I'm always welcoming to new friends and new plots.I prefer things a bit darker in terms of RP, be it conflict or magic, demons or people trying to hunt Miya for her use of Yokai or anything in general, let me know!I do tend to use many darker/mature themes. Blood and gore, horror and supernatural themes, however, OOC comfort comes first and foremost. If ever something happens and you are -not- comfortable, you need to message me OOC so we can full stop and discuss what to do and how to fix the problem!
